This is in response to your May 29, 2014 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests referred to the
Office of the Secretary. Veterans Affairs (OSVA) and assigned tracking numbers and 14-
05426-F. You requested "a copy of all written and electronic correspondence (email, fax. etc.) or
documents between the following individuals on the Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs and the
Department of Veterans Affairs regarding wait times for patients or delays in appomtments with health
care professionals at Veterans Administration hospitals . from June 4. 2012 to the present.

The OSVA FOIA Officer performed a reasonable search for records reaponswe to your request by
querying VA's Document Correspondence Management System and other correspondence logs
maintained by OSVA. and searching mailboxes belonging to the VA Secretary and Deputy Secretary Our
search resulted in 19 pages of responswe records which we are providing to you as an Enclosure.

In accordance With 38 CFR ?1 561. we categorize you as an "All Other Requester As Such you are
subject to fees for any records search beyond two hours and fo.r duplication fees for more than 100
pages. Because OSVA 5 search was delayed due to backlogs .n requests for email searches we have
waived all fees associated With this request Please be advised that OSVA reserves the right to assess
fees as appropriate under the FOIA on any and all future FOIA requests
