1. Content Provider represents and warrants to Nintendo Ents that
(0) itis not and wil not be an Anti-Social Force (defined below):
(i) any of is employees, dirctors and officers are not and wl not bo an Anti-Social Force:
(i) will not ive monary bones or any oor avors to an Anti-Socal Force: and
(i) it does not and wil nol, directly or indirectly; (3) make violent demands, make unreasonable:
demands beyond the legal abit of Nintendo Enis (b) use threat or violence in connection
Wilh transactions: (c) damage the cred or interfere wih the business of Nintendo Enis by
spreading false rumors, sing aud of force; or (d) any other acts equivalent to any of the
forogoin.
“Anti-Social Force” maans an organized crime group [Boryokudart), 2 member of a Boryokudan
(CBoryokudanin’), a sub-member of a Boryokudan (-Boryokudan jyunkosei"), a corporation lated
oa Boryokudan (‘Boryokudan kann aisha’) 3 rackeloer atleming 10 extort money from a

acting as if advocating logtmate soci! causes (“Shakal undou nado hyoubou Gora, or spacial
intligonce organized ime group (-Tokusyu chinou boryoki Syudan), or olher group of person
equivalent to any of the foregoing
2.1 Content Providor breaches the representations and warranties above, Nintendo will bo eniiled to
immediately terminate tho Agroement wihout notice and demand Content Provider to indemnify
Nintendo against all damages. Nintendo will not bo labo for any damages, I0sses of expenses.
Incurred by Content Provdar in conneciion with the erminalon of hs Agreement by Nintendo under
his Section.
