us four soparate times over the past mori. We have proof that consumers are confused by
his because users have let nogatve comments on our social channels as a resul. We
have filed complaints with Apple, but there is Zoro sense of urgency (it alone an apology)
10 address the core issue (which is with ther raview process) over there, so we'd ike to
speak to.a more senior contact.
By the way, simiar scam activity was reported by the New York Times a couple weeks ago,
here. Gan you please inroduce us o whoever you tink might be best placed to help within
Apple?
