The Grand Jury of Dallas County, State of Texas, duly organized at the JANUARY Term, AD, 2015 of the 195th
Judicial District Court for said County, upon its? oath do present in and to said Court at said term,

That FLOYD JEFFREY FULLER, hereinafter called Defendant, on or about 315t day of March, 2014, in the County
of Dallas, State of Texas, did unlawfully then and there appropriate property by exercising control over property,
of the value of at least $500 or more but less than $1,500, from JEFF HARTING without the
consent HARTING, the owner thereof, and with the intent to deprive said owner of said property, and at
the time of the aforesaid offense, the said Defendant was a public servant, to-wit CITY COUNCIL MEMBER, and
said property came into the said Defendant's custody, possession and control by virtue of the said Defendant?s
status as a public servant,
