I also repeated that if the guests were staying for the second case, they needed to remain "seated and silent?. At approximately 103 hrs, while standing in front of the bronze railing leading to the bar member area of the courtroom, I observed multiple individuals seated in the rear of the courtroom stand, one after the other, and start yelling loudly toward the front? of the courtroom. They yelled loud enough to divert everyone inside the courtroom?s attention in their direction. At approximately 100? hrs, I was standing in the North side of the general public seating of the Supreme Court chambers. I then observed 5?1 stand from his seat and start yelling loudly inside the courtroom toward the front of the courtroom. I moved to 8?1, who was yelling, grabbed his arm underneath his armpit, and moved him into the aisle. While holding his left arm and left wrist, we then moved to the back of the court room and exited through the main doors leading to the great hall of the Supreme Court. Of?cer Edwin Haynes then took control of 5-1. I then returned to the interior of the courtroom. I then observed a white male in the back corner of the courtroom with a pen in his hand, prased against his lips. The pen was illuminated with a small light. Sgt. Thumser and I moved to the individual. Sgt. Thumser identi?ed the pen as an electronic device that is usedas a video recording devioe.
