He seized what he thought to be three (3) tablets of Xanax. Sometime after the arrest Trinity lost the drugs before they were entered into evidence. Proper handling and preservation of evidence is a serious policy violation. The arrested person has already been charged however there is Iittie 5' Hence for prosecution. RE: Oral Reprirnand (Class B) As of this date, you are receiving an Oral Reprimand for your unexcused absence from General Sessions Court on May 6, 2009, which is a direct violation of Section 2.1.4 of the Code of Ethics and Conduct (Class B). A record of this reprimand will be kept by your immediate supervisors for a period not to exceed one (1) year. No further punitive disciplinary action is deemed necessary at this time. However, you must understand that any further violations of the above mentioned policy could be grounds for receiving a Written Reprimand, which is the next tier of the progressive discipline model. This action is being taken against you for the following reasons: You have developed a reputation for being somewhat unreliable concerning court attendance.
