Dear Parents/Guardians of Students in Ms. Cimic?s Class,

Following a regular annual inspection of portables this week at our school, Facilities
Services discovered mould in the attic area of Ms. Cirnic?s portable.

Although mould was not located in the classroom space. immediate action was taken to
eliminate any potential exposure to students by relocating the class to another learning
space within the school.

The class will remain in its new location for the duration of the school year and work will
take place during the summer to remediate the issue.

Appreciation is extended to our custodial staff who expedited the transition of students
and staff to a new location within the school.

We are con?dent that our students will continue to thrive in this new learning space for
the duration of this school year.
