In the backdrop of all these cvans. none of your activities is in accordance with law. All these
activities are in de?ance of the order of the Ilon'hle Chancellor and the Hon?hlc Supreme Court
of India, 1t'our protest is an act to defeat the purpose ol? the stay order of the llan'hle Supreme
Court at? India and may also amount to the contempt of court. All these actions of yours have led
to damage the image and academic environment ofthe university. despite the very fact that the
majority of students is in favour of restoring nortnaley in the university and willing to pursue
their academic pursuits. The unfortunate part of this protest is that this protest does not seem to
he a perusetul protest of the students only. but it is going into the hands at? the outsiders which
will ultimately cause irreparable damage to the hard earned image of the university thereby
causing loss ot?good career prospects ol'those also who do not voluntarily ?ant to be part of this
protest. A. handful ofpersons cannot be allowed to play with the academic career and placement
prospects of the majority oftlte students.

In these circumstances the university appeals to all the students to call oil" the protest
immediately and resume their classes from Monday Le. [11? ?etobEr. Bill S.

if the students do not call off the protest by the said date and time. the university shall be
compelled to take appropriate course of action including closure of the University sine die to
restore the normalcy in the University.
