He did go the Sunrise Off-site where there are clients from other Units. Therefore those clients were assessed for any signs of injury Two clients were identified who had signs of injuries that could be due to the incident that was reported. One client from Malone and one client from Lathrop. Were any of the clients identified on 1t1 su ervisiori7 Per scc, One client was a 1-1 i Were there other notifications made besides Regional Centers, families, CNA Board -- Per HR What about the Sonoma County Sheriff? Per Commander, The Sonoma Count Sheriff had been notined. So, this is a criminal case? Per Commander, it could be Is the Sonoma County Shenff handling the case? Per Commander, No, SDC is the lead. SDC is coordinating with the Sheriffs Department There is no separate report from the Sheriffs Department Ann stated that she was surprised that there was nothing in the newspaper, and perhaps if the Sonoma County Sheriffs Department didn't have the case that was why. Did the anonymous call have a time it was left? Per ED, this line has an older model answering machine thatyust leaves the message. It does not give the time, This line was set up to be anonymous. Calls are checked periodically However, this line is not for information regarding any allegations of abuse Staff is to follow SDC Polioe 413 and 346 regarding protocol to follow whenever there is any obsewation or suspicion ol any abuse ASKED LATER IN THE MORNING OF Why is the alleged perpetrator inten/iewed last? Per Commander, it is not a required protocol; however, in most cases it is the most benehcial as far as obtaining information, possible leads that could lead to other involvement cr evidence, and having that knowledge prior to speaking with the alleged perpetrator. Were we able to determine if the caller was a male or female'? Per Commander, the caller was male.
