2. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following

order is passed 

Defendant No. 7 has addressed an e-mail dated 28th June, 2016, stating that the

issuer Company/ Lead Managers/NSE may take a view based on principles of fairness

and justice.

(ii) The Advocates appearing for Defendant Nosinstructions, state

that they have no objection to the application of Defendant No.5 for shares through

the Plaintiff (Exhibit-B to the Plaint) being accepted and considered for the purposes

I of allotment of shares under the Category, provided the same is otherwise

valid and in order. The Advocates for Defendant No.6 has informed the Court that

Defendant No.4 has conveyed its No Objection, provided other Defendants have no

objection.

Defendant No. 8 has stated in an e-mail dated 28th June, 2016, that the

application of Defendant No. 5 merits positive consideration if the other Defendants

have no objection.

(iv) In view of the above, the concerned Defendants are directed to consider the

Defendant No.5's application at Exhibit-B for the purpose of allotment of shares of
Defendant No. 1 Company under the category.

In the event of the application being found to be in order, Defendant No.5

will be alloted shares in Defendant No. 1 Company in terms of the ?Basis of
Allotment? of shares.

3. By consent of the parties, the Suit as well as Notice of Motion stand

disposed off.

4. Refund of Court fees, if any, as per Rules.
