substantial hnantlal support lot enrollment in a program like ours and thatth ninding was over and aoove their

tradi 'nnal benefit package. with the challenges that the 0&6 sector is facing, ADC has de 
discret pnaty expenses to help them to hang onto more employees

1/ Anyone exlsling ADC employee who renewed/enrolled at any point in 2015 remains hilly enrolled under the Mac
program until their renewal date in 2015

2/ encetheit renewal date arrives in was, theywill need to transition to a new lunding model that may involve tapping
then remaining benefit plan their partner/spouses plan or paying let their plan themselves.

3/ We have informed them ol the pay option which is roughly szsa/mth which may make the transition a bit
easier.

4/ We will also wave the cx lees lor 1016 as a loyalty reward and to try to maximize retention olthis large tiistomer
group.
