persistent, noticeable odour from your person that is affecting
other users’ enjoyment of library facilities.
We respectfully request that you take steps to control this odour
before your future visits to the library.
If you need access to free public showers or laundry facilities, you
can access these at Trinity United Church, across the street from
the library, during weekdays.
If you wish to discuss this matter further, you may speak to staff or
