The attendance and minutes of the Executive Committee
Meeting held on Friday, 18.03.2016 at 1.10 pm in the Milon
Banerjee Conference Room, 1St ?oor, Supreme Court of India,

as requisitioned by 10 members vide letter dated 17.03.2016,

The quorum is complete for meeting.

1. The Executive Committee unanimously confirmed by
voice vote the letter dated 17.03.2016 wherein the withdrawal
of resignation given by Mr. Dushyant A. Dave, Senior Advocate

was accepted by 10 Executive Committee Members.

Mr.Dushyant A. Dave to resume as the President, SCBA.

Now, the Executive Committee resolved to request
It is also felt that the resignation of Mr. Dushyant A. Dave,
vide letter dated 15.02.2016 was also addressed to the
General Body of SCBA and therefore, it was not yet accepted
by the General Body and thus he never ceased to be the

President.





3. Thereafter, Mr. Dushyant A. Dave entered and

chaired the meeting.

The meeting ended With a vote of thanks to the Chair.

It has been reported that the minute?s register of the
Committee has been kept in look and key by the Hony.

Secretary and therefore the signature could not be obtained in

the Register.

There are two requisitions for members of the SCBA for

convening General Body Meeting.

It was

unanimously resolved to convene General Body

Meeting to consider course of functioning of the Executive

Committee.

It was

further resolved that the General Body meeting

shall be held on 31St March, 2016 at 4.10 pm in Plaza Canteen

Supreme Court compound.

The General Body meeting shall

be held based on the SCBA voters List?2015. The members

are requested to bring their SCBA Membership Proximity

Cards for ident'

ation.
