RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EDUCATOR I STUDENT PC 21.12 I 2, CFS 15085790, a criminal offense against the laws of the State of Texas.

Af?ant Danny Stasik, is employed by the Collin County Sheriff?s Of?ce, Collin County Texas, assigned as a I_ny_e_s_t_iga_t_01_'. Af?ant's belief iS based on the
following facts:

On August 18, 2015, ISD Police Chief, Kelly Davison received a com laint on Melissa ISD School Teacher, Darrell Whitten (DOB 0105/ 1965/50 years old).
The involved child student was identi?ed as*

On August 19, 2015, Lisa Martinez did a Forensic Intel'view at the Children?s Advocacy Center in Plano. During the Forensic Interview,?made an outcry
towards Darrell ?Glenn? Whitten stating that he kissed her on the side of the neck.

On August 20, 2015 Investigator Stasik and Investigator Fontana conducted a follow up interview with the victim. .sacld Darrell _klssed her for the ?rst _f
time on December S, 2014. The-said she made out with Darrell. -told Darrell she liked to be kissed on the neck. I-sa1d Darrell asked-T111
he could kiss her on the neck and she said yes. -said Darrell kissed her on the neck on two occasions and each kiss lasted approxnnately 5 mlnutes. 
second incident occurred a few months afterwards during a-competition at the Melissa School. During this 1nc1dent the-stated Darrell 

was sitting on a desk and she was standing in ?ont of hint-said Darrell Whitten was ?cradling? her with one hand underneath her leg and the other hand
on her back.

--said during one of the incidents Darrell had an and he rubbed his on her right leg-said Darrell?s 
felt uncomfortable. -also said during the interview Darrell asked-to kiss her on the lips and she told Darrell no.

-also told Darrell Whitten about another teacher?s inappropriate behavior towards her and stated to him if she were to ever come up missing to call the 
police and to talk to her friend also told Darrell that she was feeling suicidal and depressed she told him 1n person and Vla text message. Darre
Whitten did not report the other teacher?s inappropriate actions or_ suicidal thoughts to administration, Protectlve Servwes, or Law Enforcement.

Based on the aforementioned information Investigator Stasik does have probable cause to believe that Darrell Glenn Whitten commit the offense 0
IMPROPER RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EDUCATOR PC 21.12 F2 THEN AND THERE INTENTIONALLY OR KNOWINGLY ENGAGE IN
SEXUAL CONTACT A PERSON ENROLLED IN A SCHOOL IN WHICH
DEFENDANT WAS AN EMPLOYEE, and THEN AND THERE INTENTIONALLY, WITH THE INTENT TO AROUSE OR GRATIF THE SEXUAL

DESIRE OF DEFENDANT, ENGAGE IN SEXUAL CONTACT BY SHEWAS CRADLED HIS
LEGS WHILE BEING KISSED AND HIS ERECT PENIS WAS RUBBING HER RIGHT LEG, A CHILD YOUNGER THAN 17 YEARS,
