The defendant respended te these witnesses that she was eff her medieatiens and that the vietim had leaked at her funny. 3. The State antieipates, based upen the defendant?s assertiens at the seene, that ene ef the liker issues in this ease will be whether at the time ef the eiTense the defendant was engaging in either intentienal er knendng eendnet as de?ned by the Maine Criminal Cede1r er the extent te which she had a serieus mental ennditien that caused her te be unable tn appreelate the wreng?llness ef her eenduet. 4.
