BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared the undersigned affiant who, after

Affiant?s belief is based upon the following facts and information which Affiant received from:


Affiant's personal investigation of this alleged offense.

a fellow peace officer of the City of Dallas, Dallas
County, Texas, who personally participated in the investigation of this alleged offense,
providing this information to Affiant, and whose information Affiant believes to be credible.

On August the 16, 2015 at approximately 8:44 pm complainant Javier Chacon 03/12/1967 was found shot

and killed inside his home located at 922 Pleasant Dr Dallas. Dallas County, Texas.

FDetective Sayers interviewed witnesses from the crime scene and determined that Juan Miguel Andrade was a
person of interest in the murder and found out that he had an active warrant of arrest for a bond forfeiture on a
robbery case from 2014. Detective found out that Juan Andrade was staying at the Red Crown Inn located at
9616 Hawn Freeway room 117. Detectives along with uniformed Dallas police of?cers went to the location
and arrested Juan for his active bond forfeiture warrant and transported him to the homicide unit. Juan Miguel
Andrade gave a voluntary video taped statement admitting to shooting and killing complainant over an argument
with a 45 caliber hand gun.
