I.
INTRODUCTION

By this action, Petitioner Salma Hayek (?Hayek?), a famous actress, seeks a restraining orde'
pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 52?.6 against Respondent Odette Bodagh
(?Bodagh?) because she is a credible threat to Hayek and her family, including her husband,
Francois-Henri Pinault, and her minor daughter, Valentina Pinault.

This case arises out of a bizarre pattern of behavior by two apparently mentally disturbed
individuals, Bodagh and Liana Geordie Philippon (?Philippon?) (who is the subject of a related
request for a restraining order by Hayek ?led concurrently herewith), who both have a dangerous
?xation andfor obsession with Hayek. Their actions began with concoctng ruses to meet Hayek?s
family members and to obtain Hayek?s contact information. Then, their actions escalated to
impersonating Hayek in communications and attempting to directly contact Hayek herself.
Strangely, many of Philippon and Bodagh?s communications give the appearance that they believe
that they are friends with Hayek despite never meeting her, and Bodagh has expressed her love for
Hayek, including stating that she leit her husband for Hayek. Even more concerning is that,
recently, Philippon?s and Bodagh?s actions have escalated to a critical level with their most recent
attempt to directly contact Hayek?s minor child while impersonating Hayek. Such conduct is often
a tactic used to send a veiled threat to the principal that their family is at risk. It is thus clear that
these two individuals represent a credible threat to the safety of Hayek and her family.

Accordingly, Hayek requests that this Court issue the orders requested in the concurrently
?led Request For Civil Harassment Restraining Order for the maximum time period permitted by
the statute?3 years.

II.
STATEMENT OF FACTS

The harassment in this case began in June 2014, when Philippon exchanged several emails

with Hayek?s brother and his wife about Hayek?s brother collaborating with artist, Alex Yost, on

some artistic endeavors. Under this ruse, Hayek?s brother met in person with Philippon to continue

the artistic collaboration discussions, but at the meeting Philippon brought Bodagh and it became
very awkward due to Bodagh?s remarks about being a fan of Hayek, which remarks were unnerving
in their effusiveness about Hayek.

Therea?cr, Philippon continued the ruse about the artistic collaboration by emailing llayek?s
brother.

At this same time, on June 20, 2014, Philippon sent an email to Hayek?s brother posing as
actress Angie Harmon and asking for Hayek?s contact information supposedly to discuss a script.
Hayek?s brother referred ?Angie Harmon? (who was really Philippon) to llayek?s assistant.

Then, on or about June 23, 2014, the situation became weird. In one email, Philippon
informed l-layek?s brother that she was going to the police because she had been hacked and was
being impersonated. Also, in this same email, she provided Hayek?s brother with a false email
address (one that she eventually used to pose as Hayek). On that same day, Hayek?s brother
received a phone call from Bodagh in which Bodagh claimed that Philippon told her that she was
close friends with Hayek and her family. l-iayek?s brother denied ever knowing Philippon until the
meeting about artistic collaboration. Bodagh then became upset saying Philippon was her girlfriend
and told Bodagh that she was close with the entire Hayek family. Later that same day, Philippon
called Hayek?s brother and denied the entire incident claiming it was a misunderstanding. The next
day, Philippon emailed Hayek's brother and continued the charade about ?ling a police report over
the purported hacking and impersonation. She also attempted to continue the artistic collaboration.

On June 25, 2014, Philippon, again impersonating actress Angie Harmon, emailed Hayek?s
assistant to inquire about Hayek?s response time for emails and offered to call Hayek.

Thereafter, on June 26, 2014, Philippon, posing as Hayek, emailed Ms. Sasha Alexander, an
actress who co-stars on television show Rizzoh' cf: Isles with Angie Harmon, whom Philippon
1 previously posed as to contact Hayek. The next day, Philippon emailed Ms. Alexander as ?Liana
Geordie," (her real ?rst and middle name) and claimed to be Hayek?s assistant. For the next month,
Philippon continued this charade as either Hayek's assistant or Hayek herself and, in a July 2, 2014

email, Philippon provided Ms. Alexander with a fake email and false phone number for Hayek.

Philippon used the same fake email to contact Hayek?s brother and the fake phone number is a
number that Philippon has used herself.

Thereafter, throughout the ?rst two weeks of July 2014, believing she was communicating
with Hayek, Ms. Alexander exchanged a series of text messages with Philippon posing as Hayek
about various topics, such as vacation plans, how to set up Twitter, and arranging a playdate for
their children.

011 or about 15, 2014, Philippon, still posing as Hayek, texted Ms. Alexander that her
emails had been hacked and she was being harassed. The next day, Ms. Alexander?s assistant
received an email from Philippon posing as Hayek forwarding Ms. Alexander the purported email
threat to Hayek?s minor child. The alleged ?threat? stated: knew where her daughter will be
How much is her life Clearly, this ?threat? email was drafted by Philippon and, althougl
it was not sent directly to Hayek, the fact that it was made at all is cause for concern because it
implies a potential kidnapping and extortion involving Hayek?s daughter. This represents an actual
threat to Hayek and her daughter since Philippon is unstable and fantasizng about a ransom
payment for kidnapping Hayek?s daughter.

That same day, July 16, 2014, Ms. Alexander received a call from Philippon (posing as
Hayek) in which Philippen cried hysterically and then disconnected the call. At this point, Ms.
Alexander and her assistant realized that they had been dealing with an imposter. So, late in the day
on July 16, 2014, they contacted Hayek?s actual representatives and informed them of the situation.

On July 21, 2014, Ms. Alexander and her assistant received an email from Philippon as
herself but from the false Hayek email that Philippon had been using. In that email, Philippon
complained about Bodagh being blocked from Ms. Alexander?s Twitter page and asked that it be
reversed. In this email, Philippon also admitted to ?messing? with Ms. Alexander and her assistant.

On July 24, 2014, Ms. Alexander received a bizarre text message from Bodagh acting as if
Bodagh was friends with Ms. Alexander and Hayek as well as expressing her love for Hayek. It

stated:

?Hi sweetie, it?s me Odette! When you get a chance, please let
Geordie or me know that you're both ok and that Salm [sic] ate
something. You need to rest also because you haven't slept much
because of work. Tell her I love her so so so so much and kiss her

from me please! Also tell her that just because she doesn?t want to
tell us what?s going on, does not mean I won't ?nd out. I?ve been
having bad stomach pains since yesterday and today my body is
just drained, very little energy. It?s why I kept telling Geordie she
should call or you or someone who might know what?s
happening. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for
getting a hold of him and getting the address. I love you and thank
you for being there for her. She's lucky to have such a good friend
like you. 1 love you guys! Please don?t forget to send us her
address and Angie?s contact. [Kiss] for her [Kiss] for you.?

Thereafter, Philippon tried contacting Hayek directly. On July 25, 2014, Hayek received a
text message from Philippon although she was posing as ?Angie? (presumably actress Angie
Harmon who Philippon had impersonated in the past). Within an hour, Hayek received several calls
from the same phone number that is connected with Philippon. Hayek did not answer those calls.

On July 26, 2014, Hayek received a text from ?Angie? (which was from Philippon)
attempting to schedule lunch.

At this point, Hayek and her security team contacted the LAPD and its Threat Management
Unit seeking to have Philippon and Bodagh prosecuted. In December 2014, Detective Justin
Malcuit interviewed both Philippon and Bodagh. Following the interview, he expressed significant
concem with the mental stability of both women and their obsessive focus on Hayek. He
recommended obtaining a restraining order against them.

Following Detective Malcuit?s interview, Bodagh and Philippon appeared to have stopped
communicating with Hayek. However, on May 22, 2015, Hayek received FaceTime calls from
Bodagh?s telephone number at outrageous hours.

Thereafter, on June 24, 2015, most disconcerting, Hayek?s minor daughter received a
message to her iPod from Bodagh?s phone number which said ?Hi baby it?s Mama". Clearly,
Bodagh was attempting to initiate communication with Hayek?s minor child by posing as Hayek.

And, on July 5, 2015 and July 7, 2015, Hayek received a text from Bodagh's phone number.

On July 13, 2015, Bodagh sent further texts to Hayek in which she made disturbing
references to her love for Hayek. Even more bizarre, in this text, Bodagh claimed that she left her
husband because she believed from Philippon that Hayek was in love with Bodagh.

it is clear that there has been, and continues to be, a concerted effort among Bodagh and

Philippon to contact Hayek. New, Bodagh and Philippon have escalated their efforts to contact

Fax: {323Hayek by attempting to communicate with Hayek?s minor child. According to Hayek?s security
team, this escalation is of great concern because the attempted contact of llayek?s daughter can be
considered sending a veiled threat that if Hayek does not respond, her child is not safe.

Furthermore, as part of the investigation into this incident, it has been discovered that
Bodagh has many pictures of Hayek on her Facebook andfor lnstagram pages demonstrating an
unhealthy obsession with Hayek. And, it has been discovered that Philippon has been subjected to
an involuntary hold by law enforcement in Florida due to mental health issues involving threats of
violence (the equivalent of a 5150 hold in California).

As can only be imagined, lIayek is in fear for her safety and that of her family members,
including her daughter and husband.


ARGUMENT

Havek Is Entitled To A Res?gining Order Agajggt Bodagh Pursuant To Code of Civil
Procedgre Section 527.6 B?use Bodagh?s Conduct Constitutes A Credible Threat Of
Violence And A Pattern Of Harassment Placing Havek In Fear or Her Safety And
That Of Her Familv.
Code of Civil Procedure section 5216 provides that a ?person who has suffered
harassment. . .may seek a temporary restraining order and an injunction prohibiting harassment. . . 
Cal. Civ. Proc. 1). Under the statute, ?harassment? is ?a knowing and of
conduct that would place a reasonable person in fear for his or her safety. . .and that serves no
legitimate purpose.? Cal. Civ. Proc. and (3). Notably, Section 5271.6 authorizes an
injunction based on a single incident that would place a reasonable person in fear for his or her
safety where there is an actual threat of future harm. Cal. Civ. Proc. 527.6{a) and 
Russel! v. Douvrm, 112 Cal.App.4th 399 (2003).

The statute applies here because Bodagh and Philippon have engaged in a pattem of conduct
that placed Hays-k, and any reasonable person, in fear for her safety and that of her family. Such

fear is the only reasonable response to two strangers who have tried to contact you, impersonated

you, and attempted to contact your minor child posing as you. Moreover, numerous additional
factors support the request for a restraining order here.

First, Bodagh, who has never met Hayek, appears to be delusional in that she has stated in
writing that she believes that she is in love with Hayek going so far as to assert that she left her
husband for Hayek.

Second, Bodagh is clearly obsessed with Hayek as evidenced from Bodagh's Facebook and
lnstagram Pages.

Third, Philippon has a documented history of mental health issues for potential violent
behavior?she was held on a mental health hold by Florida authorities (the equivalent of a 5150
held in California).

Fourth, Philippon went to great efforts and ruses to communicate with Hayek as well as in
impersonating Hayek to Ms. Alexander. Only someone who has signi?cant mental health issues
would engage in such a course of conduct.

Fifth, the LAPD Threat Management Unit recommended that Hayck seek the protection of a
restraining order following Detective Malcuit?s interview of Bodagh and Philippon during which
both women apparently demonstrated disconcerting behavior and exhibited signs of mental
instability.

Sixth, and even more disconcerting, Philippon and Bodagh have made veiled threats about
Hayek?s minor child. The ?rst such threat was on or about July 15, 2014 and in it, Philippon
(posing as Hayek to Ms. Alexander and acting as if Hayek was being harassed) forwarded an email
containing a kidnapping and extortion threat focused on Hayek?s daughter. The alleged ?threat?
stated: know where her daughter will be How much is her life Although it was not
sent directly to Hayek, it was drafted by either Philippon or Bodagh or both, and represents an actual
threat to Hayek and her daughter since Philippon is unstable and fantasizing about a ransom
payment for kidnapping Hayek?s daughter.

Finally, with this kidnapping and extortion threat as background, it brings new levels of

concern to Bodagh?s June 24, 2015 text to Hayek?s minor daughter posing as Hayek. This

attempted contact may be Bodagh?s and Philippon?s ?rst step in acting out on their kidnapping and
extortion fantasy.

Ultimately, based on the totality of the circumstances, it is the opinion of a security expert
that the pattern of behavior here demonstrates two mentally disturbed individuals who have a
dangerous ?xation andr?or obsession with Hayek. Even more concerning is that their actions have
escalated to a critical level in their attempt to directly contact Hayek?s minor child posing as Hayek.
Such conduct is often a tactic used to send a veiled threat to the principal that their family is at risk.
It is thus clear that these two individuals represent a credible threat to the safety of Hayek and her
family.

Accordingly, good cause exists to impose a restraining order against Bodagh as requested in
the Request for the full three year term.

B. Havek Is Entitled To A Temporary Restraining Order Against Bodagh Pending The

Outcome Of The Hearing On the Permanent Restraining Order.

Section permits the Court to enter a temporary restraining order without
notice to Bodagh to protect Hayek and her family pending the outcome ofthe hearing on the
restraining order. Such a protection is necessary here because Bodagh and Philippon have engaged
in escalating harassing conduct to the point of even contacting Hayek?s minor child posing as
Hayek. Indeed, a security expert has opined that Bodagh and Philippon represent a credible threat tr
the safety of l-Iayek and her family. Accordingly, a temporary restraining order is necessary to
protect Hayek.

I, Avi Korein, declare and state as follows:

I. I am over the age of 18 and not a party to this action. I have personal knowledge of
the following facts, and to those matters for which I do not have personal knowledge, I have been
informed ofsuch facts, and if called as a witness, I could and would competently testify thereto.

2. I am the President and Owner of Screen International Security Services a
security services company. I have nearly thirty-five years of personal experience in the area of
threat assessment and security. I received extensive training during my service in the Israel Defense
Force during which time my responsibilities included providing personal protection to high ranking
of?cers. In 1993, I created SISS, and, since its formation, has specialized in providing security and
threat assessment and analysis services to high pro?le individuals.

3. I and my company provide security services to Petitioner Salma Hayek. As part of
such services, I investigate threats and potential threats to Ms. Hayek. In or about July 2014, I
began an investigation into Liana Geordie Philippon (?Philippon??) and Odette Bodagh (?Bodagh?),
who at the time were engaging in a bizarre pattern of conduct that represented a credible threat to
Ms. Hayek and her family. Philippon?s and Bodagh?s pattern of conduct has continued to the
present with their most recent incident occurring on July 16, 2015. Even more concernng is the fact
that their conduct has eSCalated to the point that Bodagh recently attempted to contact Ms. Hayek?s
minor child posing as Ms. Hayek. Such conduct is often a tactic used to send a veiled threat to the
principal that their family is at risk. It is thus clear that these two individuals represent a credible
threat to the safety of Ms. Hayek and her family.

4. As part of my team?s investigation, I caused to be performed a background check
into Philippon and Bodagh. Of importance, I discovered that Bodagh has many pictures of Ms.
Hayek on her acebook andfor Instagrarn pages and that Philippon has been subjected to
involuntary holds by law enforcement in Florida due to mental health issues involving threats of
violence.

5. I reviewed numerous emails given to me by the recipients of such emails, tracked

down the user of certain telephone numbers, and spoke with the witnesses involved as well as

various personnel of the Los Angeles Police Department and reviewed various witness interviews
performed bylaw enforcement officials or members ofrny investigative team. These witnesses
included, among others, Ms. Hayek, Ms. Sasha Alexander, Mr. Sami Hayek (Ms. Hayek?s brother},
and Ms. Nikki Schultz (Ms. Alexander?s assistant). From these interviews and review of documents
as well as cell phone communications, I compiled the below factual analysis of this situation.

6. The ?rst contact by either Philippon or Bodagh occurred in June 2014 when
Philippon exchanged several emails with Ms. Hayek?s brother, Mr. Sami Hayek, and his wife about
Ms. Hayek?s brother collaborating with artist, Alex Yost. Attached hereto as Exhibit are true
and correct copies of these emails, which 1 obtained from Mr. Hayek and his wife. I was informed
by Mr. Hayek that, under the ruse of artistic collaboration with Alex Yost, he met with Philippon.
However, at the meeting, Philippon brought her girlfriend, Bodagh, and it became very awkward
due to Bodagh?s remarks about being a fan of Ms. Hayek, which remarks were unnerving in their
effusiveness about Ms. Hayek.

7. Thereafter, Philippon continued the ruse about the artistic collaboration by emailing
Mr. Hayek. Attached hereto as Exhibit are true and correct copies of these emails, which I
obtained from Mr. Hayek.

8. At this same time, on June 20, 2014, Philippon sent an email to Mr. Hayek posing as
actress Angie Harmon and asking for Ms. Hayek?s contact information to discuss a script. We have
identi?ed the fake Angie Harmon email as one that has been utilized by Philippon. Mr. Hayek
referred ?Angie Harmon" (who was really Philippon) to Ms. Hayek?s assistant. The assistant then
forwarded Ms. Hayek?s contact information to the person whom she believed was Angie Harmon,
although we now know that it was Philippon. Attached hereto as Exhibit are true and correct
copies of these emails, which 1 obtained from Mr. Hayek and Ms. Hayek?s assistant.

9. On or about June 23, 2014, Philippon sent an email to Mr. Hayek informing him that
she was going to the police because she had been hacked and was being impersonated. She also
provided Mr. Hayek brother with a false email address that Philippon eventually used to pose as Ms.
Hayek.

Faxinformed by Mr. Hayek that, on that same day, he received a phone call from

Bodagh, who questioned his relationship with Philippon. Bodagh claimed that Philippon told her
that she is close friends with Ms. Hayek and her family. Mr. Hayek denied ever knowing Philippon
until the meeting about the artistic collaboration with Alex Yost. Bodagh then became upset saying
she has known Philippon for about a year and that they are in a romantic relationship, and Philippon
has been telling her the whole time that she has close relationships with the entire Hayek family.
Later that same day, Philippon called Mr. Hayek and denied the entire incident, claiming that there
is a misunderstanding. The next day, Philippon emailed Mr. Hayck and continued charade about
being hacked and trying to ?le a police report as well as attempting to continue the artistic
collaboration. Attached hereto as Exhibit is a true and correct copy of these emails, which I
obtained from Mr. Hayek.

1 1. On June 25, 2014, Philippon, again impersonating actress Angie Harmon, emailed
Ms. Hayek?s assistant and inquired about Ms. Hayek?s response time for emails and offered to call
Ms. Hayek. Attached hereto as Exhibit is a true and correct copy of this email, which I obtained

from Ms. Hayck?s assistant.

12. Thereafter, on June 26, 2014, Philippon posed as Ms. Hayek and emailed Ms. Sasha

Alexander, an actress who co-stars on television Show thzoh? d: [ties with Angie Harmon, whom
Philippon was previously posing as to contact Ms. Hayek and her brother. The next day, Philippon
emailed Ms. Alexander as ?Liana Geordie,? (Philippon?s real first and middle name) and claimed to
be Ms. Hayek?s assistant. For the next month, Philippon continued this charade with Ms. Alexander
as either Ms. Hayck?s assistant or Ms. Hayek herself. In a July 2, 2014 email, Philippon, continuing
the charade, gave Ms. Alexander and her assistant a fake email address and false phone number for
Ms. Hayek, but we have identi?ed that phone number as one that Philippon uses herself. Attached
hereto as Exhibit are true and correct copy of these emails, which I obtained from Ms.
Alex antler and her assistant.

13. Thereafter, 1 am informed by Ms. Alexander, that, believing she was communicating

with Ms. Hayek, she gave Philippon her own cell phone number and began texting with Philippon

who was posing as Ms. Hayek. 1 am further informed that, throughout the ?rst two weeks of July

2014, Ms. Alexander and Philippon exchanged a series of messages about various topics, such as
vacation plans, how to set up Twitter, and arranging a playdate for their children. Attached hereto
as Exhibit  are true and correct copies of these emails and texts, which I obtained from Ms.
Alexander?s cell phone.

14. Ms. Alexander informed me that, in or about July 15, 2014, Philippon, posing as Ms.
Hayek, then claimed that she had been hacked and her emails were compromised. See text message
in Exhibit I am further informed that, the next day, July 16, 2014, Ms. Alexander?s assistant
received an email from Philippon (still posing as Ms. Hayek) of a threatening email that she
received. Attached hereto as Exhibit is a true and correct copy of this email, which I obtained
from Ms. Alexander?s assistant. Most concerning is that in this ?threat? (which was obviously
drafted by Philippon) is a veiled threat directed towards Ms. llayek?s daughter. Although this threat
was not directed towards Ms. Hayek, the fact that it was made at all is cause for concern, especially
considering the obvious mental instability of Philippon and Bodagh and Philippon?s own history of
mental health issues.

15. That same day, July 16, 2014, Ms. Alexander received text messages from Philippon

posing as Ms. Hayek discussing all the problems with the purported stalking situation. See text

message in Exhibit And, I am informed by Ms. Alexander that, later that day, Philippon,
posing as Ms. Hayelt, called Ms. Alexander and cried hysterically and then hung Up.

16. At this point, 1 am informed by Ms. Alexander that she and her assistant realized that
they have been dealing with an imposter, so, late in the day on July 16, 2014, they contacted Ms.
Hayek?s actual representatives and inform them of the situation.

17. I am informed by Ms. Alexander that, on July 21, 2014, Ms. Alexander and her
assistant received an email from Philippon as herself although from the email Philippon had been
using to pose as Ms. Hayek. Attached hereto as Exhibit are true and correct copies of this email,
which I obtained from Ms. Alexander. In the email, Philippon complained about Bodagh being

blocked from Ms. Alexander?s Twitter page and asked to reverse it. Philippon also admitted to

?messing? with Ms. Alexander and her assistant.

because of work. Tell her I love her so so so so much and kiss her

from me please! Also tell her that just because she doesn't want to

tell us what's going on, does not mean I won't ?nd out. I've been

having bad stomach pains since yesterday and today my body is

just drained, very little energy. It's why I kept telling Geordie she

should call or you or someone who might know what's

happening. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for

getting a hold of him and getting the address. I love you and thank

you for being there for her. She's lucky to have such a good friend

like you. 1 love you guys! Please don?t forget to send us her address

and Angie?s contact. [Kiss] for her [Kiss] for you.?

19. Thereafter, I am informed by Ms. Hayek that, on July 25, 2014, Ms. Hayek received

a text message from a phone number that we have identi?ed being used by Philippon posing as

5 ?Angie? (presumably actress Angie Harmon who Philippon previously impersonated). Attached

hereto as Exhibit are true and correct copies of screen shots of these text messages. I am
informed by Ms. Hayek that, within an hour of receiving that text message, Ms. Hayek received
several calls from the same phone number that is connected with Philippon. I examined the phone
and continued that such was the case. I am also informed that Ms. Hayek did not answer the call.
20. I am informed that, on July 26, 2014, Ms. Hayek received a text from ?Angie?
(which was from Philippon) attempting to schedule lunch. Attached hereto as Exhibit are true

and correct copies of screen shots of these text messages.

Faxthis point, I, on behalf of Ms. Hayek, contacted the LAPD and its Threat
Management Unit seeking to have Philippon and Bodagh investigated, and, if the LAPD found
sufficient evidence, prosecuted.

22. I am informed that, on or about October 9, 2014, Bodagh texted Ms. Alexander and
specifically referenced Ms. Hayek in the text as if she knew Ms. Hayek.

23. I am informed that, in December 2014, Detective Justin Malcuit interviewed both
Philippon and Bodagh. Following the interview, Detective Matcuit expressed significant concern
with the stability of both women and their obsessive focus on Hayek. He also recommended
obtaining a restraining order against them. Attached hereto as Exhibit is a true and correct copy
of the December email Detective Malcuit sent to my colleague, Ms. Robin Abrams, in which
Detective Malcuit recommended obtaining a restraining order against and Bodagh.

24. Things appeared to have died down with Philippon and Bodagh after Detective
Malcuit?s interview. However, I am informed by Ms. Hayek that, on May 22, 2015, Ms. Hayek
received aceTirne calls from a telephone number that we have positively identified as belonging to
Bodagh. Attached hereto as Exhibit is a true and correct cepy of a screen shot of Ms. Hayek?s
phone showing this attempted contact, which I obtained from Ms. Hayek?s telephone.

25. Thereafter, 1 am informed by Ms. Hayek that, on one 24, 2015, most disconcerting,
Hayek?s minor daughter received a message to her iPod from Bodagh?s phone number, which said
?Hi baby it's Mama". Clearly, Bodagh was attempting to initiate communication with Ms. Hayek?s
minor child by posing as Ms. Hayek. Attached hereto as Exhibit is a true and correct copy of a
screen shot of the iPad showing this attempted contact, which I obtained from Ms. Hayek's
telephone.

26. I am informed by Ms. Hayek that, on July 5, 2015 and July 7, 2015, Hayek received
a text from Bodagh?s phone number. Attached hereto as Exhibit are true and correct copies of a
screen shot of Ms. Hayek?s phone showing these attempted contacts, which I obtained from Ms.
Hayek?s telephone.

I am informed by Ms. I-Iayek that, on July 13, 2015, Bodagh sent further texts to Ms.

Hayek in which she made disturbing references to her love for Ms. Hayek and the fact that she left

28. Ultimately. the pattern of behavior here demonstrates two mentally disturbed
individuals who have a dangerous fixation andi?or obsession with Ms. Hayek. Even more
concerning is that their actions have escalated to a critical level in their attempt to directly contact
Ms. Hayek?s minor child. Such conduct is often a tactic used to send a veiled threat to the principal

that their family is at risk. It is thus clear that these two individuals represent a credible threat to the

safety of Ms. Havel-t and her family.
