Landry: that Conrad owns a gun shop near the Abbot end town line; that Conrad stated he sold a Ruger 9mm handgun to Stephanie; that he sold the gun approximately three years prior. Your affiant spoke with But. Todd Stetson who interviewed Jason Miles I learned the following infomation fiom Der. Stetson: that Jason is a friend of Rohert Burton; that they grew up together; that Robert had stated that if he has problems with a woman again he is going to kill her. Your afl'isnt spoke with Det. Perkins: that the backpack contained a knife, duct tape (black on one side and white on the other), binoculars, five prescription medication bottles for Robert Burton, flashlights, water bottles; that the jacket contained a black eyeglass use with prescription glasses; that inside the black eyeglass cuse contained an eyeglass prescription for Robert Burton. Jay Pelletier located a cellphone inside the camouflagejaoket; that this is thejacket located with a camouflage back pack on the ground next to the house located 46 Kulas Rd. in Parkman; that this was the camouflage jacket that-and-- identified as belonging to Robert Burton; that the jacket had not been in its location the night before; that Del.
