AGUILAR #205, and I am a peace of?cer for the Town of Addison, Dallas County, Texas. I, the af?ant, have good reasons and do believe that on or about July 19, 2015 one (suspect) Grenades-Reyes, Luz Aurora Hispanic Female 07/24/90 did then and there in the Town of Addison, Dallas County, Texas commit the offense of: Capital Murder, a violation of section 19.03 (20(8) of the Texas Penal Code a Capital Felony . Af?ant?s belief is based upon the following facts and information which Af?ant received Yo usaf Pasha, a fellow peace of?cer for the Town of Addison, Dallas County, Texas, who personally participated in this investigation of this alleged o??ense, providing this information to Af?ant, and whose information Af?ant believes to be credible. On July 19, 2015, Sally Williams, an employee of the Hotel Intercontinental, called 911 to report an employee, Luz Aurora Grenades-Reyes, was in labor in the basement of the hotel speci?cally in the woman?s employee locker room. Addison Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the hotel, located at 15201 Dallas Pkwy. Addison Firefigliters/Paramedics, Adam Montgomery and Erik Rivas, arrived ?rst and found Grenades?Reyes in the bathroom and sitting on a toilet. According to the paramedics, they observed the umbilical cord was still attached to Granados? Reyes and the infant, which was directly under her and completely submerged in the toilet water. Grenades-Reyes made no attempt to remove the infant, provide aid or call for 911 assistance. Granados-Reyes and the infant were both transported to Texas Presbyterian Hospital of Plano where Dr. Perez pronounced the infant, estimated to be 30 to 32 weeks in gestation, dead at 10:02 AM. on July 19, 2015.
