Jason/Bob,
Dedric Lawson is a 2016 graduate.

He is trying to become a 2015 graduate.

in order for that to happen he will have to take Eng 3 which he is in right now, and also take Eng 4 honors at
the same time but in virtual school.

He will also have to take economics and government in virtual school and do another elective during the
classroom hours.

Virtual school is an online classroom that is set up thru Shelby County School district. It is all thru the school
system.

If he does all that he will be able to graduate next May.

He is a very good student, but I wanted to make sure this would not red flag the NCAA in any way, and if so
should we alert them ahead of time so they are aware.

it is all above board and within proper guideline and procedures for Shelby County Schools and any student
could do this to achieve early graduation.

Let me know if you think we need to have any documentation especially with taking two english classes at
once.

Read the highlighted parts.

We would like for Dedric to reclassify to the 2015 class.

ls he able to do that by taking an ENG 4 online class at a recognized onllne school while he is taking ENG 3. I
understand that he can do virtual online thru SCS but could not do the ENG 4 until the summer.

Also, is there a waiver or exceptions to the process.

We would like for Dedric to graduate the same time with KJ. How can we get that done.
He is a fantastic student so i don't see it being an issue academically.
