personally participated in the investigation of this alleged offense, providing information to A?iant, and whose
information Af?ant believes to be credible.

ON OR ABOUT 6520.315 COMPLAINANT ALEXU GARCIA DROVE TO BROOKWOOD

DRIVE, RICHARDSON, TEXAS TO MEET A VIDEO
SHOWS HER ARRIVING ABOUT 2: 15 AM IN A GREEN FIAT, A SENT HER ENT
ON BROOKWOOD DRIVE TO WITNESS- THEY TALKED ABOUT HER
SAFETY AND SHE WENT INSIDE THE HOUSE. SHE TEXT-A FEW TIMES BUT AFTER 4:47
AM, SHE WAS NOT HEARD FROM AGAIN. AROUND 7:50 AM DALLAS POLICE AND DALLAS FIRE
RESPONDED TO A CAR FIRE AT 2254 ROYAL LANE, DALLAS, DALLAS COUNTY TEXAS.
WITNESSES SAW A GREEN FIAT PULL IN AND A FEW MINUTES LATER A LATIN MALE WALKING
AWAY FROM THE FIAT WHICH WAS ON FIRE. (VIDEO CONFIRMS THIS) AS DFD PUT OUT THE
FIRE, AND FOUND THE COMPLAINANT DECEASED IN THE BACK OF THE BURNING FIAT. DFD
CONFIRMED GASOLINE WAS USED TO SET THE CAR ON FIRE. THE COMPLAINANT HAD VISIBLE
TRAUMA AND THE DALLAS COUNTY MEDICAL EXAMINER RULED HER DEATH A HOMICIDE 
A DAMAGED CELL PHONE WAS FOUND INSIDE THE FIAT WITH A TEXAS ID
CARD ISSUED TO MANUEL ROCHA JR. 323 BROOKWOOD, RICHARDSON TX. THIS
ADDRESS IS EXACTLY WHERE THE COMPLAINANT WENT

ROCHA MATCHES THE DESCRIPTION OF THE SUSPECT RUNNING FROM THE BURNT
CAR. A SEARCH WARRANT WAS OBTAINED FOR HIS 323 BROOKWOOD. FAMILY MEMBERS
CONFIRMED ROCHA SLEEPS IN THE LEFT REAR BEDROOM, THAT HE WAS AT THE HOUSE WHEN
THEY WENT TO BED AT MIDNIGHT, WAS GONE WHEN THEY GOT UP, THAT HE DID NOT SHOW
UP TO WORK ON THE 20TH, AND HE MEETS WITH PROSTITUTES. OTHER WITNESSES CONFIRMED

OUT OF HIS HOUSE, PUT SOMETHING IN THE BACK OF THE FIAT AND DRIVE OFF FROM HIS
