Jasltaran Eing?n Af?rm-254995. while he was seated in his ear. The complainant died as a result of his injuries. This offense occurred. at 13635 ht. Central Expressway Dallas. Dallas County. Testes. The facts of tltis investigation are as follows: ?f?eers with the Richardson Police Department responded to a shooting incident at Methodist Hospital in Richardson. Testis- the of?cers emitted in the emergency room they discovered that the complainant had been transperted to the hospital by ptiyate 1trehicle. The complainant. fasharan Singh. had suffered a gunshot wound to the head and died upon arrival at the hospital as a result of his injuries. Detectives were called to the hospital and Ieanted that the snap-pet. Singh 1t-iirlt, was the complainant?s friend and he was the person who brought the complainant to the hospital- The suspect was reporting. that the complainant had shot himself lwhile seated in the suspect?s ear. The ?rearm used in this incident was found on the passenger ?ocrhoard of the vehicle by hospital personnel and turned. over to unifort'ned police of?cers. Suspect 1tt'irlr was transported to the Dallas Police Headquarters building and was questioned about this incident. Detective Cayee Shelton. #?l'fdtl. ntirandiaod the suspect and questioned him about the details of how the shooting occurred. Suspect 1 Iti'irlt initiallyr lied about the sheeting and maintained that the complainant was playing with the gun and shot himself. At some point. the suspect told Detective Shelton that lie in fact shot the complainant. The suspect reponed that they were sitting in the car in the parking lot at the Red Roof [mL The suspect told Detective Shelton that the handgun was his and that he emptied lL Suspect Visit: said that he handed the gun to the complainant and they were playing Russian roulette- The complainant pointed the gun at the suspect and pulled the trigger twice and the gun did not fire.
