acceptance process. The successful completion of these listed assignments will upgrade your
representative identi?cation number from a temporary status to a permanent one with us.

You are required to complete three assignments per day for four days, within a two week period.
The objective of these assignments is to train you on shopping and role playing scenarios and also
appraise your communication, punctuality, attention to details, con?dentiality, and abilities to
follow directions and work independently.

Compensation per assignment will remain at the standard rate of $100.00 each; therefore your
total estimated income should be $600.00 per week during this period based on the assignments
outlined below.

You are scheduled to perform all your assignments at a local Wal-Mart as we currently have
ongoing evaluation campaigns on various departments in stores nationwide.

The attached funds which has been provided as a bank draft was carefully calculated to cover
expenses and compensation for the duration of the probationary period.

For the shopping scenario, you will utilize $125.00 while for the role playing, you will utilize
$996.00 and your compensation will be a total of $600.00 for assignments during 
which will also be deducted from the total amount.

The rest of the funds will carry over to the assignments schedule for WEEK2 and will be applied
accordingly by your coordinator.
