misunderstanding about the location of our meshing and. as indicated to you, I will continue to
look for an opportunity to meet in Tommo along with a small group of my Heath and
Wellness Team.

Thank you for providing Ms. Lalonde's timeline as requested. it was clear from the timeline
that the RMCC setup and organization ofthe 'Draw The Line' presentation, and the
unprofessional behaviour of some of the officer Cadets lead to many of the difficulues that she
expelienced during her October 4, 2014 presentation. I would like to reiterate my apology for
the unprofessional behaviour ofselect Officer Cadets, and any challenges that resulted from the
setup and organization ofthe presentation ifnot already eommunicated to Ms, Lalonde,

I respectfully request you convey this to her at the earliest opportunity

in reviewing the timeline, I noted several incidents that could eonstitute harassment under the
Harassment Prevention and Resolution Policy. My staffis working to identify the
individuals who were involved in these allegations. I would ask that you eonfirm with

Ms. Lalonde if she can provide any identifying detail with respect to individuals who made
tape jokes, or stated might have listened to you ifyou weren't a civilian and a
woman". I appreciate that this may not be possible, but want to ensure that we take all
possible steps to address these types of behaviours it would also be helpful ifyou could
provide the emails that were received by the 'me The Line' website and the detailed email
that Ms. Lalonde received. Unfortunately, ifthe individuals earmot be identified then it will
not be possible to take administrative or disciplinary action against them. Nevertheless, as
explained to you during our discussion, rest assured that corrective steps were taken against the
most difficult groups.

I noted the sincere concem from Ms. Lalonde for Cap Please pass along my
assurance that Captain - was not reprimanded for selecting the 'Draw The Line'
presentation.

I look forward to meeting in the future to discuss how best to organize, prepare for and deliver
these types ufpresentations. Additionally. your expertise in any proposed content or programs
that you can suggest would also be appreciated.
