Those individuals who have Ohio Adjusted Gross Income (doesn't include SS & other incomes) of $31,000 or less are eligible. The application, available HERE, is to my office by Monday, June 1. Wadsworth Bookin' 5K Race The Wadsworth Public Library hosts its annual Bookin' 5K race on Saturday, May 16 at the library. Registration starts at 8 am with the race kicking off at 9 am. Preregister HERE for $25. $15 adult for one mile fun walk, $10 children under 18. Day of race registration is $30. Sea of Youth Rally in Medina May 10-16 is National Law Enforcement Week and A.I. Root eighth grader Trevor Satterwaite has organized a "Sea of Youth" walk & rally to commemorate it on Saturday, May 16. Beginning at 10:30 am at Medina High School participants will walk to the Gazebo on public square where guest speakers, local choruses and others will participate. Plants, Plants & More Plants Young Blue Devils Take Championship A very young and inexperienced Brunswick Blue Devils' tennis team surprised a lot of people this year by taking the Downtown Wadsworth will host their 21st Annual Craft & Herb Festival Saturday, May 16 from 9 am to 4 pm. Between 90 and 100 vendors are expected with plants, herbs, crafts and food items. There is no charge for the event. The Brunswick Garden Club will host a plant exchange Saturday, May 16 from 10 am to 1 pm at the United Methodist Church, 1395 Pearl Rd. The public is welcome. You may take home the same number of plants as you bring. Plants should be labelled & designated as sun or Northern Ohio Conference championship.
