Acquisition of Property Interim County Manager Pittman informed the Board that he was recently approached "by the owner of the building at the corner of Courthouse and Mills Streets (contiguous to the Womack Building property) regarding selling the property to the county. Chair Owens, Vice-Chair Gage, Commissioner Holbert, and Commissioner Pack said they were not interested in acquiring the property.
