EMERGENCY DECLARATION OF NUISANCE PROPERTY
Re: Address: 1078 State Street, Mobile, Alabama
As the designated Code Official for the City of Mobile, and under the authority of Ala. Code 1153B-1 et. seq., and Mobile City Code Sec. 28-41, which adopted the 2009 International Property
Code, as amend by the City (See Section 108.5, as amended), I am declaring that the property
at the above-named address requires emergency action due to an imminent danger of
structural collapse endangering adjoining property, the public right-of-way or human life or
health. I am ordering that said property be demolished.
Upon completion of the demolition, please submit the costs owed to the City so that a lien can be
placed against the property. Thank you.
