King currently beginsand ends earlier than the other middle schools to ailow the Cliff and Longiisland student to board a 2:45 boat as the next boat is at 4:15.
Currenlty the student day is 8:15- 2:25. Adding 20 minutes to the beginning of the day wiil aliow for dismissai in time to board the 2:45 boat.

The Peaks students are not affected by the change.

For the Transportation Department to service these bell times it is imperative that all of the schoois in each tier to adhere to a uniform drop off window and pick up windo

of 20 minutes each. Those are outiined below.
