As the crowd grew to well over 3 innumber, participants started throwing bottles and cans at police officers. One individual in particular,subsequently identified as MICHAEL CONLEY JUBERIAN, DOB 6-20-1991 (defendant herein), threwnumerous bottles at police officers. After the defendant would throw the bottles, he would run to find more,come back and continue throwing them at the officers. He moved to a bus shelter, found a rock and threwthat at police officers, then found a chunk of concrete the size of a baseball and threw it at officers. Theconcrete landed on an officer's foot.
