W2 said that the decedent i either hit or pushed the decedent out of the vehicle. W2 sa 8' id that upon being pushed out ofthe the decedent fell to the ground. Said that did not know the decedent was stabbed until another citizen rendered aid to the decedent. W2 reported that at the time of the incident, only one person was in the back of the burgundy vehicle and that was the person known to IT as W2 said that IT had been drinking and using powder cocaine, but that neither the drugs nor alcohol impaired lT's ability to tell law enforcement what occurred or who was involved in . the stabbing. W1 Said that IT has known for the last four months and has seen twice a week in that time. During the investigation, your affiant learned that the defendant Michael Anthony Coleman goes bl' the nickname of W2 was then shown a drivers license photograp purposes of confirmation. Upon viewing the photograph, W2 confirmed that that is the person that IT knows as Q, who was seated in the rear of the burgundy vehicle. Cameras were located on the MACOMEO LOUNGE and a review of the footage revealed that the stabbing was captured on video. flarneras were also located inside MACDMBO LOUNGE. The video footage was recovered from both the exterior and interior cameras. - I-I'-enr. E1: During review of the footage the viewer can see a vehicle pull up in front of the MACOMBO The decedent is observed walking over to the right rear passenger side door, where she opens the door, and attempts to get in. The decedent is then shoved or kicked to the ground by the backseat occupant of the vehicle who law enforcement knows to be the defendant. A male is observed walking over towards the decedent, who is now on the ground, and then W1 is seen pushing that male out of the way and attempts to pull the defendant out of the rear of the car. The defendant is then observed getting out of the back of the vehicle while simultaneously swinging his right arm wildly. The defendant is observed striking the decedent in the chest. Upon being struck in the chest, the decedent immediately fell to the ground. W1 is observed warding off the defendant's attack and than tackled the defendant to the ground. While getting up off the ground, the defendant is observed dropping what appears to he a knife on the ground. The defendant and continued to fight until the defendant punched in the face and immediately dropped to the ground. While the defendant fought with the decedent is observed standing up and attempting to get into the vehicle, but fell face first to the ground and never moved again. After the defendant dropped the knife on the ground, another individual is seen on the video picking up the knife. Investigators interviewed that person and the knife was turned over to investigators.
